Uniform

top: old (similar) | skirt: topshop (similar) | boots: stuart weitzman | jacket: burberry | bag: goyard | watch: michele

One of the things I used to always wish for in school when I was younger was uniforms. I thought it would be so fun to get dressed every morning in a plaid skirt, white button down, and throw a pretty blazer on top embroidered with my school’s crest. It would have been pretty nice to not have to think twice about what I was going to wear to school occasionally. Although I wouldn’t exactly call my personal style preppy, there are some classic, traditional elements of preppy style that I love… like a collared shirt and a pretty plaid.

I threw this outfit together when I found an old polo shirt I purchased in London at the Polo Gold Cup years ago. I love the navy and red colors of it as well as the extra detailing on the sleeve and back that make it more unique. The Gold Cup was my first time to ever see high goal polo, and I will always remember being fascinated by the speed, as well as the location. I paired this polo with a simple black skirt, my new favorite suede boots, and a classic jacket to create my “dream uniform.”

Thank you always for reading!
