Looking Back: 2015

Many times looking back is imperative to moving forward. Especially in this fashion journey & world of blogging, I love looking back and noticing growth yet also recognizing the areas which need improvement. As I spend time reflecting on 2015 and all that it has held for me, there is one thing that stands out the most, and it is the Lord's faithfulness (2 Thessalonians 3:3). In every challenge and every obstacle that presented itself this year, the Lord has proved faithful time and time again. He continues to lead, open doors, and expand my vision through this medium. I am so looking forward to 2016 and all of the joys (as well as challenges) it will bring!

Below I have rounded up some of my favorite posts to create a visual timeline of LCB Style in 2015! (I am including November and December 2014 in the timeline since I launched LCB Style last November and didn't make one of these posts last year!) Apart from outfit posts, some other highlights from this year on LCB Style were officially launching the blog, kicking off 2015 (John 3:30), reflecting on my passion and purposeillustrating fashion week designs (see vol. 2 and vol. 3), launching the LCB Style Shop, creating the 2016 LCB Style fashion illustration calendar (still available to shop here), and sharing the 12 Days of Giveaways series! Some of my favorite features this year included becoming a part of the My MICHELE Story, having my fashion illustrations featured on several designers' Instagrams (Carolina Herrera, Lisa Perry, and Daniel Silverstain), and doing a Q&A with Good Grit Mag
