One of my favorite parts of fashion is the life in the clothes. For me personally, fashion is one of the ways that I am reminded of memories, special times, ordinary days or seasons in life. This hat in particular reminds me of sun drenched summer days, warm nights, exploring the Caribbean, crystal clear waves crashing against the sand, and sweet time spent with my family. A hat can be a special thing.
I love to shop on vacations or when visiting new places, because I love to add something to my wardrobe that came from a particularly unique or special time or place. Instead of shopping before a vacation, I definitely recommend shopping while on vacation! I promise you won't regret it, because every time you wear that item or just see it in your closet, it will remind you of a happy place or memory... or at least it always does for me!
