I have always admired those that can pull together the look of wearing a top over a dress/ a dress as a skirt so effortlessly, but I have never given it a try myself until now! I saw these two pieces hanging in my closet and thought the contrast of the fabrics would look perfect together. I love the texture of the delicate lace paired with the texture of the soft and silky dress, and I really like the color combination of blush pink and white. This is a perfect trend to try for fall, because the layering of the fabrics keeps you really warm! I cannot wait to see what other "top over dress" combos I can come up with this season. I encourage everyone to try it!
