Introducing LCB Art Prints
I am so excited to introduce something I have wanted to bring to LCB Style for the longest time! After a good bit of trial and error, I have finally found an efficient and effective system for reproducing high quality prints of my illustrations. Because it has been so hard to part ways with my original artwork, I am so thrilled to be able to offer prints of my work available to purchase for $10-15 each. Two of my very favorite illustrations for sale are ones that have been recognized by the brands of the designs I painted. First is this Carolina Herrera illustration that was featured on the House of Herrera Instagram (see here- I was SO flattered)! And second is this Tory Burch illustration that was actually just featured on Tory Burch's Tumblr a few weeks ago (see here)! To say I was honored that these two brands loved my work is a major understatement. Carolina Herrera and Tory Burch are both two brands I will forever look up to and adore, and these two illustrations will always have special meaning to them!
My fashion illustration prints are perfect to frame, hang on walls, set on bookshelves, decorate desks, pin to bulletin boards, or even give as a gift! I think they look best hung in pairs or trios- I have them hung all over my bedroom as well as my bathroom!
Of all the different avenues of art/design/fashion I have explored, fashion illustration continues to be the one I probably love the most. I hate to pick a favorite, because I enjoy blogging, styling, photographing, writing, designing, and sewing so much too, but there is nothing else like dipping my brush in a palette of watercolors and being able to bring an image in my head to life on paper through color. Watching the colors move around on the paper before they settle into their permanent position to create a 2D visual of a 3D fashion design never fails to bring a feeling of joy and true appreciation for creativity, art, and design!
