The Perfect Red Sweater

sweater: Old Navy | vest: BB Dakota (similar) | jacket: Burberry | jeans: DL1961 | boots: Stuart Weitzman | bag: Gucci | earrings: Vanessa Mooney | watch: MICHELE (c/o)

As I started pulling out all my sweaters for fall/winter a few weeks ago, there was one thing I saw that was missing from my closet- the perfect red sweater! A red sweater is an essential for winter and especially for Christmas time. I knew this was an item that I would wear countless times throughout December and the rest of winter with both skirts and pants, so the hunt was on! One of the first places I always go to search for sweaters is Old Navy. Because I am somewhat allergic to wool, Old Navy's 100% cotton sweaters are my absolute favorites! Their sweaters are so soft, very friendly priced, and have lasted me many seasons. I still wear a few that I got from Old Navy over 4 years ago, which seriously speaks to their quality because I wear them nearly everyday during the colder months. I found exactly what I was looking for when I stumbled upon this red turtleneck hi-low sweater at Old Navy. Unfortunately this exact sweater is sold out, but here are a few other similar red Old Navy sweaters: one | two | three (all under $30).

This is totally unrelated to today's outfit, but I had to share this amazing sale! I just found the prettiest pair of Stuart Weitzman Lowland Boots 40% off here! If you are on the hunt for OTK boots, I can't recommend these enough.
