Barbour at The Lodge at Sea Island

If you ever visit Sea Island, one thing you absolutely must do is go to The Lodge to watch the sunset one night. Each evening as the sun sets, a bagpiper plays traditional songs until the sun disappears over the horizon. This is just one of many traditions at Sea Island that still continues today. Some of you may have seen a few pics/video of this on my insta story! We happened to catch the most beautiful sunset one night while we were there, and it was so amazing to watch the sky turn a million shades of pink and orange while also being serenaded by the bagpiper... a memory I will not forget! 

We have definitely entered that slightly awkward time of year with warmer days and cooler nights, so I wore this Barbour coat (previously worn here and here) to keep me warm at sunset. I paired it with white jeans, these suede booties (also seen in yesterday's post), and these cute tassel earrings!
