Little White Dress in Charleston

As mentioned in Monday's post, the hunt for the perfect pink door was on once we arrived in Charleston, and I think we found the most beautiful one! With an entrance this gorgeous, I am dying for a sneak peek inside this home. I'm sure it is fabulous!

For this outfit, I chose to go back to the basics- black and white. You all know how much I love color, but I also really love the chic, understated elegance of a pretty black and white outfit. I found this white dress right before our trip (under $100 and 20% off here), and I knew it would be a great item to bring along with me that could be dressed up/down for day or night. A lot of times with a little white dress, I will add a pop of color with my shoes or earrings, but I chose to keep this outfit strictly black and white. I wore these black pumps (an all time fav. of mine), these Nicola Bathie pearl earrings, and this black bag (one of my fav. classics). Little white dresses are one of the most versatile items in a woman's closet, and I will definitely be wearing this one again soon!
