#rStheCon Recap

The 5th Annual rewardStyle Conference (#rSthecon) has officially come and gone, and I could not be more thankful for all that I learned, the amazing people I met, and all the fun we had! For those that are unfamiliar with this conference, it is a yearly 3 day event held in Dallas, TX (the home of rewardStyle) for the top 200 digital influencers from around the world to learn, connect, network, and celebrate! The rewardStyle team did an AMAZING job, and each and every event of the weekend was more beautiful and fun than the next. A huge thank you to them for all their hard work!

All weekend I was pinching myself, because I felt so lucky to be a part of such an inspiring group of bloggers/influencers. I wish we could rewind and start the whole weekend over again... it flew by way too fast! I had been counting down to this weekend for SO long, so it feels crazy that it has passed. I cannot wait to begin to implement some of the awesome things I learned at the conference here on LCB Style... stay tuned!

Below I am recapping photos from each day of the conference and my outfits... take a look!

THURSDAY

On Thursday, I flew to Dallas and arrived right after lunch time. I checked in at the Crescent Court Hotel (conference location), dropped off my things in the hotel room, and headed to Highland Park Village for a bite to eat. After grabbing a snack at Royal Blue Grocery, I came back to the hotel, changed outfits, and headed to the first event of the conference- a rooftop pool party with Sole Society! This was such a fun (and really hot) event to kick things off, and it was so great getting to meet SO many other ladies and hearing more about their blogs.

FRIDAY

Friday was a long day full of learning and networking! The day started off with the #rStheCon Main Panel, where we heard more about the latest in the fashion/tech industry and where things are headed with rewardStyle and liketoknow.it! This was a super informative and interesting session. A few of my favorite speakers were the ladies from Bumble (pictured above). After the panel, everyone headed over to Shake Shack for a yummy lunch with Banana Republic. The picnic theme was so cute, and the flowers were beautiful. Once we finished lunch, it was time to network with brands and learn more in the individual classroom sessions. One of my favorite classroom sessions was with Alex Williamson of Bumble and Courtney Kerr of Kerrently all about "Earned Media." By the end of the day, I was ready for a break and little bit of fresh air. My sister (who was so sweet to make the trip to Dallas with me!) and I decided to get out of the hotel for a bit, went for a long walk, and explored more of Dallas. We had the best time wandering around Highland Park and doing a little bit of shopping!

SATURDAY OUTFITS

If I had to choose my favorite day of the conference, Saturday would definitely be it. My day was filled with a mix of brand meetings and networking and ended with the official LiketoKnow. It App Launch Party! I had the best time meeting representatives from the brand sponsors and hearing more about each of the brands in the brand networking hall. It was so great to be able to chat face to face with so many influential people! On Saturday, Topshop hosted the most beautiful garden inspired lunch. The flowers and decor were gorgeous! The last event of the weekend was the LiketoKnow. It Finale Party, which was nothing short of amazing. The event started on the rooftop of the Wyly theater and progressed to a full on dance party down the street. It was the best time and the best way to close out such an amazing, inspiring weekend! I would relive it in a heartbeat!

P.s. If you haven't downloaded the LiketoKnow. It App yet, what are you waiting for?! It's absolutely the best way to shop blogger's and influencer's outfits. You can shop all my outfits seamlessly from the app. Simply screenshot any LiketoKnow. It enabled image, and all the product details will be available to shop in the app. It's so fun to use! Get it here!
