Graduation season is officially here, and with this exciting time comes lots of pictures, mixed emotions, celebrations, balloons, and fashion choices. From graduation parties to commencement ceremonies, I know many of you are on the hunt for the perfect dress for your big day and something pretty to wear while celebrating all your hard work and accomplishments.
I truly can't believe it's been three years since my own high school graduation and in just one week I'll be watching my little brother walk across the same stage I did. Not to mention, it's hard to believe I'll be graduating college in less than a year. TIME FLIES. Graduation has definitely been on my mind recently, and today I hope to help some of you by pointing you in the direction of your perfect graduation dress.
Today's outfit is a combination of a few of my favorite things that I think would make a perfect graduation outfit. This dress (also wore it on Easter) is one of my fav finds from my trip to Charleston a few weeks ago. The light color, feminine lace, and beautiful bell sleeves would be so pretty for the big day. The long sleeves make it ideal for this time of year when the weather can be a bit unpredictable. The sleeves give you "visual warmth" without keeping you hot, so whether it's hot, cold, rainy, or sunny, this a dress that works for anything your graduation day holds.
This dress is super versatile and could be dressed up or down, depending on the dress code of your graduation. I wore it with these cute tassel heels that give me a little height without sacrificing a bit of comfort. I'm not sure what it is about the design of these heels that makes them so comfortable, but I think I could walk miles in them and never complain about my feet. If you're looking for an "all day" shoe for graduation, these are a great option! I completed this outfit with just a couple accessories: my go-to MICHELE watch and adorable pink clutch (similar).
