Farm weekends are always some of my favorite weekends, and this past weekend was filled with sunshine and lots of polo to celebrate Father's Day! It was such a fun weekend spent with family and friends centered around one of the things my Dad loves most: polo. Monday definitely came way too fast, and I'm wishing we could rewind to Friday and start it all over.

Summer is certainly here in Alabama- the temperatures are rising quickly and the heat is real. I think the temperatures were in the upper 90s all weekend long. When it comes to dressing for the summer heat in the South, light, breezy dresses are my go-to. The dress I wore yesterday is actually an old favorite from Madewell (see the original post here). While my dress is unfortunately sold out, my sandals (under $100) are very much still available (shop all sizes here)! I purchased these last summer and they have held up through lots of wear and are still one of my favorite pairs this season.
