Two Barrington Totes for Everyday and Travel

Happy Friday! Springtime around here means lots of sunshine and spring travels. With travels and long weekends away comes lots of packing, unpacking, and repacking. I am admittedly a chronic overpacker and can never ever have enough totes or weekenders. If you give me a tote, I will absolutely positively find something to fill it with!
Two bags that have made my spring travels a lot prettier and more organized over the past several weeks are these two totes from Barrington Gifts. I have always admired Barrington’s classic designs and endless customization options (see a peek at all their pattern and monogram options here), so I was thrilled when their team reached out and asked if I was interested in designing a couple bags of my own to share with y’all.
I immediately clicked over to their website and spent a good thirty minutes (may have been longer…) playing around with the hundreds of different pattern and monogram combinations. I wanted to design bags that felt really “me” but also classic and bags that would grow with me over time and that I wouldn’t get tired of.
For everyday use, I chose the St. Anne Tote in “Buff Graph Paper” with a simple pink monogram in the bottom right corner for a personal touch. I have noticed that for everyday, I really prefer using a neutral bag that I can mix and match with any outfit, which is why I went with the “Buff” color. The bright pink monogram adds the perfect pop of color to make it a little more “me.”
The best thing about this bag is the inside though- the pockets and pouches are live changing for someone like me who liiiives out of my totes. There are three pockets and one zipper pouch, which has helped keep me really organized. I have been using this tote as my carry on for flights, and I love having a place for everything! The very first day I used this tote someone stopped me at breakfast to get all the details on it. I’ve continue to receive so many compliments on it ever since! It’s a bag that perfectly blends form and function!
For travel use, I chose the St. Charles Tote to compliment my St. Anne Tote and use for weekends away. I always find that I love having an XL tote to travel with to pack things like shoes, my camera, books, and other things that don’t quite fit into my luggage. I went with the St. Charles tote in “Powder Graph Paper” to match the pattern of my everyday tote but in a happier shade! I was scared I might get tired of carrying a pink everyday tote, but for weekends I love a little more color! This tote also has great interior pockets and an amazing amount of space. I just love it.
Another perk of these bags (I could probably go on for days) is the coated material that makes them super easy to wipe down or clean if needed. As much as I love a canvas tote, after a few months mine always look like they need to go through a car wash they have so many marks/spots on them. These bags are much more durable and easy to clean!
I think both of these totes would make the best graduation gifts.
