Launching the Resort Shop + 55 Favorites
With a couple of warm weather trips coming up (counting down the days!), there is no doubt that I have shifted from winter to sunshine in my mind! All I can think about are colorful dresses, bright sandals, cute swimsuits, and vibrant earrings. I am definitely spring dreaming with all the pretty resort pieces in stores!
What is resort? “Resort” refers to designers’ collections and new items that hit stores after the fall/winter collections but before spring/summer. Basically, it is the middle period that fills the gap between the two main seasons. Traditionally resort collections were designed for those fashionable and lucky enough to jet off to a resort or somewhere warm and sunny after the holidays to escape the cold. For me, resort items are usually the first bright spring things I add to my closet each year!
