New year, new decor, new prints!
This week I have been doing a little rearranging and redecorating around my apartment, and it always amazes me how the tiniest changes can make the biggest impact- especially when living in an apartment or smaller space. I’ve rearranged my bedside table, bookshelves, and coffee table- giving my home a new and fresh feel! All of this was inspired by a few new prints Gray Malin sent my way, and today I want to share a little bit more about these fun prints that are on sale for a limited time!
I’m sure you are all familiar with Gray Malin’s beautiful work but just in case anyone is new- Gray Malin is a fine art photographer that has traveled the world creating some of the most creative and stunning images. He is especially well known for many of his aerial beach photographs (as seen above) that are truly captivating- the detail in each photo is unreal. He also recently shot a series of photos here in Palm Beach- you have take a look at the beautiful photos here- they take you back to another time!
A few years back, I had the chance to hear Gray speak at The Southern C Summit and was really inspired by the story of how his career began. Just a little over a month ago, I felt really lucky to get to meet Gray while he was here in Palm Beach to celebrate the launch of his new Palm Beach photo series. He is truly as kind and gracious as he is talented!
Gray Malin’s work is always available to purchase in large prints of various sizes, but *for a limited time* he has released 18 sold out and best selling prints in the popular mini size as seen around my apartment! These prints are perfect for giving new life and a little color to small spaces (like my own :), for younger people who’d like to start their art collections, or even for creating a fun gallery wall!
What I love most about Gray’s work is the colorful, whimsical, and happy feel of it all. These photos are more than a simple moment in time- they represent a bright perspective and a vacation state of mind.
When selecting a few of Gray Malin’s mini prints to mix in with the decor of my apartment, I chose prints that represent some really happy travel memories as well as a few dream destinations on my bucket list. For my bedside table, I chose The Beverly Hills Hotel print. Some of you may remember my trip to LA with a couple of friends in May (see pics below // blog post here) - it was such a fun girls’ trip and I love now waking up to this pretty print by my bed reminding me of all those happy times.
For my bookshelf, I went with prints of a few dream destinations of mine- Waikiki Beach, Positano, and Capri! Each of the prints is so bright, colorful, and cheery- the perfect addition to really give some new life and color to my apartment! I love coming home and seeing all the new life they have given my small space!
