Velvet, one of the seasons' most luxurious trends, adds a touch of glam to any and every outfit.

STYLING TIP: Whether you are new to the velvet trend or have added countless velvet pieces into your wardrobe over the past few months, you cannot go wrong wearing a velvet skirt this season. For those of you that are new to the velvet trend and have hesitated adding velvet pieces into your wardrobe, one of the most versatile and wearable velvet items you can buy is a velvet skirt like the one I'm wearing today. It's not quite as intimidating as wearing a velvet dress but still gives a soft, luxurious feel to your look! I have become a big fan of this trend, and velvet is such a gorgeous fabric that adds texture and depth to any outfit. 

OUTFIT HIGHLIGHT: More and more blush and rosy tones have been making their way into my outfits recently, and I cannot get enough of the pretty shades of pink. When putting together this outfit, I started out with this pretty velvet skirt, then put on this white sweater (similar) for warmth, layered on a blush pink scarf, and finally slipped on my go-to over the knee boots. To accessorize the look, I wore these gold statement earrings (no longer available but really love the look of these!), this blush bag, and my most classic pair of Ray-Bans. And of course, no outfit is complete without this pretty MICHELE watch!
